Five Star Solutions is hiring remote agents to call health-plan members, explain available programs, and help them enroll. Related experience is preferred rather than required, and no degree requirement is listed.

The role pays $16 per hour, plus a $1 night/weekend differential and possible incentives. Paid training usually lasts one week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central.

This is a full-time, 40-hour job with shifts between 9:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Central on weekdays, plus one Saturday per month.

Benefits begin on the first of the month after 60 days. The work includes light sales and performance goals, and applicants must be at least 18 and pass a background check.

2. Smith.ai – Virtual Receptionist

Smith.ai hires remote receptionists in the U.S. and Mexico to answer business calls, schedule appointments, take messages, and transfer callers. It seeks experienced call handlers but does not list a degree requirement or a minimum number of years.

U.S. starting pay is $15 per hour, or $16 for fluent English/Spanish bilingual agents. Paid training is included, and health benefits are available to employees working at least 30 hours per week.

Part-time and full-time schedules range from 25 to 40 hours weekly, with at least one Monday shift required. You need to type at least 40 words per minute and provide your own computer, compatible USB headset, and qualifying internet connection.

3. TP – Customer Service Specialist

TP, also known as Teleperformance, is hiring remote customer service specialists in Florida and Texas. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, document conversations, and upsell when required.

The advertised job pays $15.50 to $18.50 per hour. TP provides seven days of paid preparation for the state insurance licensing exam, including a trainer, study materials, and exam costs.

You must pass the exam before moving into the insurance customer-support role. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of customer service experience, age 18 or older, typing 25 words per minute, and eligibility to obtain an insurance license.

4. Back Office Betties – Virtual Legal Intake Specialist

Allstate is hiring full-time remote sales representatives to help interested insurance shoppers by phone, chat, and text. Base pay is $18 per hour, plus performance-based incentives.

Paid training starts on day one, and Allstate provides licensing support, home-office equipment, an internet stipend, and benefits. You need a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sales or sales-focused customer service experience.

An existing insurance license is preferred, and you must obtain and maintain the required licenses. Evening and weekend availability is required.

A background check and qualifying wired internet are also required. This U.S. role excludes residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and Puerto Rico, as well as locations where the minimum wage exceeds the $18 base rate.

Liberty Mutual is hiring remote representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads from people shopping for insurance. Starting base salary is $45,000 per year; the company lists average earnings of $55,000 to $75,000 including commission.

Paid training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. The next listed classes begin October 19 for unlicensed applicants and November 2 for licensed applicants.

You need two years of sales or service experience, and the full-time schedule includes four weekdays and one weekend day. Computer equipment and day-one medical benefits are provided.

Remote eligibility depends on your state and whether you already hold an insurance license, so check the posting’s separate state lists before applying.

You must obtain the required property-and-casualty license and have a dedicated workspace with qualifying wired internet.
