Remote work has totally changed things, hasn’t it? Working from home—or from wherever you feel like—has gone from being a cool perk to something we are all starting to expect from companies that hire us.
Before you pass on applying to a job that sounds interesting, keep this in mind: some remote jobs actually pay you to train!
This is perfect if you’re looking to break into a new industry or need a little extra confidence before jumping into something that's a little newer for you.
Today, I'm sharing with you a list of remote jobs I found recently that offer paid training. This will be time sensitive so if you read this post in a few weeks and some of the positions below aren't open now, just check back later.

Remote Jobs That Offer Paid Training
Littera Education – Online Tutor. Remote (eligible U.S. states). Part-time W-2. Tutor K–12 students in Reading, Math, Algebra, or ESL through live online sessions with groups of one to three students. Littera provides the curriculum, lesson materials, scheduling, paid training, and covers background checks and fingerprinting, so tutors can focus on instruction rather than lesson planning. Pays up to $22.50/hour ($18/hour base plus paid administrative time), with up to 25 hours per week.
Colony Brands – Work-from-Home Inbound Customer Service Representative. Remote in AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, NC or WI. Part-time, seasonal with flexible availability. Take orders, answer product questions, verify information and track packages. No previous experience is specified, but applicants must be 18 and provide a compatible Windows computer, wired internet and USB headset. Pays $14 per hour plus upsell commissions. Includes paid training and employee discounts of up to 50%.
CLEAResult – Remote Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist. Remote (multiple U.S. states). Full-time. Assist utility customers by phone, chat, and email with energy efficiency programs, scheduling, enrollment, technical support, and account questions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of customer-facing experience, the ability to type 35+ WPM, and a dedicated home office with hardwired internet. Pays $17.00 per hour plus a $65/month internet stipend. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental leave, volunteer time, and paid training.
Amplify – Virtual Tutor. Remote (United States). Part-time W-2 contract position. Tutor K–8 students online using Amplify's curriculum, prepare lessons, participate in paid training, and provide reading instruction during the school day. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong technology skills, a personal computer with webcam, and availability at least 90 minutes per day, 3 weekdays per week. Pays $18/hour for tutoring sessions and $15/hour for lesson preparation and training. Paid training is provided.
Beyond Finance – Customer Service Representative. United States (48 contiguous states). Full-time. Help people enrolled in debt relief programs by answering inbound and outbound calls, solving account issues, and explaining program details. Requires at least 1 year of call center experience, strong computer and communication skills, reliable wired high-speed internet, and a quiet home office; Spanish is preferred but not required. Pays $19–$20 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid training, PTO, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and career development. Company provides a desktop computer.
Lamps Plus – Remote Sales Consultant. United States. Full-time; must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, recommend lighting and home décor products, resolve concerns, and turn shoppers into buyers while meeting sales goals. 1+ year of customer service or retail experience required; call center experience preferred; strong communication, typing, multitasking, and computer skills required. Pay not listed. Fully paid training. Company provides equipment (modem, computer terminal, monitor, phone, headset, and other equipment).
Geeks on Site – Customer Service Representative – Remote US – RAS. United States (PA, FL, MD). Full-time; must be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible split shifts. Answer inbound customer calls, provide information, solve problems, and handle a high volume of customer requests while following company procedures. Pays $14–$15 per hour. Requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, reliable internet, a Windows computer and headset, flexibility, and the ability to pass a background check. Benefits include paid training, health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.
K2 Services – Service Desk Analyst (After Hours). United States. Full-time; after-hours schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Provide technical support by phone, email, and chat, helping customers solve computer and software problems while documenting support requests. Pays $36,000–$39,000 per year, plus a 10% shift differential for evenings and weekends. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid training, and additional benefits.
PerfectServe – Tier 1 Support Specialist. United States. Full-time; day or night shifts, with one weekend day and some holidays required. Help doctors, nurses, and hospital staff by phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting software and account issues while managing user accounts and schedules. Pays $19.00 per hour. Requires strong technical and customer service skills, high-speed internet, and the ability to complete paid training with full attendance during the first 60 days. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, and advancement opportunities.
AAA The Auto Club Group – Remote P&C Licensed Insurance Customer Sales and Service Representative. United States. Full-time; afternoon/evening shifts with rotating Saturdays. Help customers by phone, chat, and email with insurance quotes, policy changes, payments, and account questions while also promoting insurance and membership products. Starts at $21.75/hour plus bonuses, sales incentives, overtime, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for licensed Property & Casualty agents. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a current Property & Casualty insurance license, customer service experience, and a background check and drug screen. Benefits include paid training, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, and AAA membership.
Alorica – Remote Customer Solutions Representative. Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. Full-time. Answer inbound calls from wireless customers, troubleshoot service issues, help with billing and account questions, and recommend additional products or services when appropriate. Pay not listed. Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, reliable wired internet, and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k), paid training, tuition reimbursement, and daily or weekly pay.
Signet Jewelers – Virtual Jewelry Expert · United States · Full-time, permanent; flexible availability required including nights, weekends, and holidays · Help customers find jewelry through chat, phone, and text by offering style advice, product information, and concierge shopping services. No specific degree required; strong customer service, sales, and communication skills needed; tech comfort with Zoom, Teams, and multiple screens required. $17.00 per hour to start; Spanish bilingual differential available. Benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and paid training with all equipment provided.
