Before you pass on applying to a job that sounds interesting, keep this in mind: some remote jobs actually pay you to train!
This is perfect if you’re looking to break into a new industry or need a little extra confidence before jumping into something that's a little newer for you.
Today, I'm sharing with you a list of remote jobs I found recently that offer paid training. This will be time sensitive so if you read this post in a few weeks and some of the positions below aren't open now, just check back later.

Remote Jobs That Offer Paid Training
1 – Cardinal Health – Customer Service Supervisor
Cardinal Health is hiring a customer service supervisor to work full-time in the US.
Leads a remote contact center team of up to 20 employees supporting specialty pharmacy services through Sonexus Health. Oversees staffing, training, and performance metrics for customer service and reimbursement staff handling benefit investigations.
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in patient support or customer service, and prior supervisory experience. Must have strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and time management abilities.
Training is 8 AM–5 PM CT during the first week; ongoing shifts are scheduled between 8 AM–7 PM CT. Salary range $67,500–$86,670, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and paid parental leave.

2 – Startek – Remote Customer Service Associate
Startek is hiring full-time Remote Customer Service Associates (U.S. only) to assist customers with billing questions, service issues, and product information. You’ll handle high-volume inbound calls, providing friendly, professional support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates earn shift differentials. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, strong multitasking and communication skills, and previous customer service experience.
You’ll need your own Windows 10 or 11 computer, USB headset, and hard-wired internet connection.
Pay is $14–$16 per hour, Monday through Friday only (no weekends). Includes paid training, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) after 60 days, paid time off, and employee discounts. Startek promotes from within.

3 – Colony Brands
Colony Brands is hiring work from home Payment Specialists. This is a part-time, temporary position.
This position is only open to candidates 18 years or older living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.
You will negotiate customer relations while answering incoming calls. Pay rate not given. The job description mentions that training time is paid.

4 – Colony Brands (Different Job Than Above)
Colony Brands is also hiring remote Inbound Customer Service reps. This is another part-time, temporary job. Per the job description, it offers flexible scheduling and paid training.
This position is only open to candidates 18 years or older living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.
As a Work at Home Inbound Customer Service Representative you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product related concerns, including: taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions.
Pay is $14 hourly.

5 – Windy City Call Center – Call Center Representative
Windy City Call Center is hiring a Virtual Outbound Call Center Representative to work full-time from home in Arizona.
Contacts homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement services to confirm details and schedule appointments. No cold calling or selling. Requires outbound call center experience, strong communication skills, professional phone presence, and ability to meet goals. Must type at least 35 WPM and maintain a consistent full-time schedule.
Pay is $15–$17 per hour with a raise after 30 days, PTO after 90 days, paid online training, and career advancement opportunities. Requires wired high-speed internet, Windows 11 or higher, 8GB RAM, webcam, and headset (provided after hire).

6 – Angi
Angi is hiring remote Inside Sales Reps in many US states.
You'll do outreach to service providers via phone (nationwide) to discuss Angi's value proposition, products, and advertising options. You will make up to 200 dials a day to build the momentum needed to hit your sales goals.
Requires Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of sales or customer facing experience. Pay is $36,000 – $80,000 per year.

7 – Back Office Betties – Virtual Legal Assistant (Freelance)
Back Office Betties is hiring freelance Virtual Legal Assistants. Remote, must reside in TX, FL, AZ, NV, or PA.
Provide legal and administrative support to law firms across the U.S. and Canada, including scheduling, document drafting, research, and client communication.
Requires 1–3 years of experience, familiarity with legal terminology and procedures, strong tech and organizational skills, and excellent communication. Must complete a Culture Index survey to apply.
Pay is $20–$24/hour as a 1099 contractor. Benefits include weekday-only work, flexible scheduling, paid training, choice of clients, and virtual team events.

8 – VAsumo – Virtual Assistant
Vasumo is hiring a remote virtual assistant. Contract position open to US or Canada.
Seeking experienced virtual assistants with at least 3 years of prior VA work and strong knowledge of online marketing tools, strategies, and design basics.
Must be able to work independently, follow instructions, ask questions when needed, and meet deadlines. Role includes a paid 3-month advanced training and certification program before starting with clients.
Requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and professionalism in client communication.
