Requires at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication and CRM skills, and comfort working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment. Training schedule is Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm EST. Post-training schedule is Mon–Thurs, 10:00am–7:00pm and Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm. Responsibilities include resolving client issues, educating clients on program details, documenting activities in CRM systems, and ensuring first-call resolution with empathy and professionalism.
