These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and RWTE, LLC (“RWTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of Real Ways to Earn Money Online, including its articles, job leads, newsletters, digital products, comments, and other content or services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase or enter into a paid agreement with RWTE.
1. Information Only—No Guarantee of Work or Income
The Website shares information about remote jobs, side hustles, courses, services, surveys, digital products, and other ways people may earn or save money. This information is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, career, or other professional advice.
We do not promise that you will be hired, accepted, earn a particular amount, qualify for an opportunity, or get the same result as another person. Earnings, requirements, availability, pay, hiring locations, and company policies can change at any time. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
You are responsible for deciding whether an opportunity is right for you. Before sharing money, personal information, tax information, or banking information with any company, do your own research and read that company’s current terms and privacy policy.
2. Job Leads and Third-Party Opportunities
RWTE is an independent publisher. Unless we clearly say otherwise, we are not the employer, recruiter, staffing agency, course provider, survey company, marketplace, or payment processor for opportunities mentioned on the Website.
We try to share useful and legitimate information, but we cannot independently verify every statement made by a third party or guarantee that a listing will remain open. A company may change or close a job, program, price, offer, or application without telling us. You apply, register, purchase, or participate at your own discretion and risk.
Never pay for a job, and be careful with anyone who asks for unusual payment methods, sensitive information too early, or communication outside the company’s normal hiring process. If you believe a listing on the Website is inaccurate or unsafe, please let us know through our contact page.
3. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website links to websites, products, services, and platforms that RWTE does not own or control. A link does not mean that we control the third party or guarantee its content, security, availability, hiring decisions, customer service, or business practices.
When you leave the Website, the third party’s own terms, privacy policy, refund rules, and other policies apply. RWTE is not a party to transactions or disputes between you and a third party unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
4. Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Sponsored Content
Some links on the Website are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and take a qualifying action, RWTE may earn a commission or referral fee at no extra cost to you. We may also receive payment for sponsored content, job placements, newsletter placements, or advertising.
We identify paid or sponsored content when a disclosure is required. Payment does not buy a positive opinion, and we may reject or remove advertising that is misleading, low quality, no longer accurate, or not a good fit for our readers.
Please read our Affiliate Disclosure for more information. Advertisers may also be subject to a separate insertion order, campaign agreement, or written advertising terms. If those written campaign terms conflict with these Terms, the campaign terms control for that advertising purchase.
5. Digital Products and Purchases
RWTE may sell ebooks, guides, bundles, templates, or other digital products. Prices and included materials may change, but a price change will not alter a completed purchase.
Checkout, payment, and file delivery may be handled by a third-party provider. That provider’s terms and privacy policy may also apply to your transaction. RWTE does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Digital-product license
When you purchase a digital product from RWTE, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own lawful, noncommercial purposes. You do not receive ownership of the product or its copyright.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, distribute, reproduce for others, or use a purchased product to create a competing product. You may make a reasonable backup copy for your own use.
Refunds and access problems
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law. If a file is defective, incomplete, or inaccessible, contact us promptly through our contact page so we can try to correct the problem.
Digital products are informational resources. They do not guarantee employment, income, clients, sales, or any particular result.
6. Ownership and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, RWTE owns the Website’s original text, design elements, downloads, graphics, compilations, and other content. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, images, and materials belong to their respective owners.
You may read the Website, print or save a reasonable number of pages for your personal use, and share links to our public pages. You may quote a brief excerpt when you clearly credit Real Ways to Earn Money Online and link to the original page.
Without prior written permission, you may not republish a full article, copy a substantial part of the Website, remove a copyright or disclosure notice, sell or commercially exploit our content, or present our content as your own.
7. Comments and Other Content You Submit
If you submit a comment, testimonial, message, image, or other content to a public area of the Website, you keep ownership of your content. You give RWTE a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit for length or clarity, and display that content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, and preserve the Website.
You promise that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
We may edit or remove comments that contain spam, self-promotion, harassment, hate speech, threats, defamation, illegal material, personal information, misleading claims, or links we consider unsafe or irrelevant. We are not required to publish or preserve any submission.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Website to:
- break any law or encourage illegal activity;
- interfere with the Website’s security, operation, servers, or networks;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful automated traffic;
- collect personal information about other users without permission;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with RWTE;
- scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract Website content, except for ordinary indexing by public search engines;
- use Website content to train, develop, test, or operate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without RWTE’s prior written permission; or
- help another person do any of the above.
We may restrict access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or when necessary to protect the Website, RWTE, our readers, or another person.
9. Copyright Concerns
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material on the Website infringes your copyright, contact us through our contact page and include:
- your name and contact information;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the exact URL of the material you believe is infringing;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may ask for additional information before acting. Please do not make a false or misleading copyright claim.
10. Privacy, Cookies, and Email
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy also explains our use of cookies, analytics, advertising technology, email-service providers, and other service providers.
If you voluntarily subscribe to an RWTE email list, you agree to receive the emails described on the signup form until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe through the link included in each marketing email. Merely contacting RWTE does not enroll you in a marketing list.
We may send nonmarketing messages that are reasonably necessary to complete a purchase, deliver a product, respond to you, provide a requested service, or address security or legal matters.
11. Website Availability and Changes
We may update, correct, remove, or discontinue Website content or features at any time. We do not promise that the Website, a particular page, a job listing, or a digital file will always be available or free from errors, interruptions, or security problems.
We try to keep information useful and current, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is complete, accurate, or up to date. Dates shown on an article do not necessarily mean every linked third-party term was verified on that date.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. RWTE disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, or suitable for your particular needs. We do not warrant the accuracy, legality, safety, or performance of any third-party employer, opportunity, product, service, or website.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the exclusions above may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RWTE and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, income, data, opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Website, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RWTE’s total liability for a claim arising from the Website or a purchased digital product will not exceed the amount you paid directly to RWTE for the product or service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your rights may vary by jurisdiction.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RWTE and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived, any legal action arising from these Terms or the Website must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or nearest to Fannin County, Georgia, and each party consents to that court’s jurisdiction and venue.
Before filing a claim, you and RWTE agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by written notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our Website, products, practices, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. When a change is material, we may provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase or written advertising agreement unless the applicable agreement or law allows it.
17. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the Website or business.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and any terms presented at checkout or in a separate written agreement, are the entire agreement between you and RWTE concerning the subject matter they cover.
