Foundever – Remote Customer Service Representative. Seasonal remote role handling inbound customer service calls for a major U.S. financial services provider. No cold calling. Paid training included. Requires a quiet, distraction-free workspace, hardwired high-speed internet, and use of a personal computer or tablet for initial training (before company equipment is shipped). Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Requires strong customer service skills, reliability, critical thinking, and ability to navigate computer systems. Weekend shifts may be required, and open availability during operating hours is necessary. Candidates within 50 miles of a Foundever site may be assigned onsite. Pay is $15 per hour.

FTD – Technical Support Specialist. Full-time remote role providing phone-based technical support to florists using FTD’s proprietary software. Handles troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and networking issues; installs New Mercury systems for new customers; monitors and responds to order-related emails; and documents all actions in customer accounts. Requires 2+ years of technical support experience, strong customer interaction skills, hardware and networking troubleshooting ability (computers, POS systems, printers, routers, switches), and working knowledge of Windows environments (Server 2003/2008, XP, Windows 7/8). Experience with VPN, virtual machines, and call-logging systems preferred. Must have strong communication and documentation skills and be able to work independently in a virtual environment. Schedule is 40 hours per week within support center hours (Mon–Fri 7am–8pm, Sat 7:30am–6pm, Sun 10am–4pm).

Fubo – Tier 2 Customer Care Agent (Bilingual English/Spanish). Full-time remote support role assisting Fubo streaming subscribers via phone, email, and social media. Handles advanced customer issues escalated from Tier 1, including billing questions, subscription management, account troubleshooting, and technical support. Provides one-call resolution whenever possible and maintains strong customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, excellent verbal/written communication, experience handling escalated customer contacts, and familiarity with social media engagement. Must be able to work weekends, rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime as needed. Ideal candidates are resourceful, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. User Interviews – Focus Group Participants. Get paid to participate in focus groups. This reputable company conducts research studies paying $50-$75 or more for your time. They are always looking for new respondents, and have lots of studies going on at any given time. I am always getting invitations in my email to participate.

Gainwell Technologies – Remote Call Center Representative. Full-time remote customer service role supporting healthcare programs. Handles inbound calls, verifies caller identity, communicates program details, answers general questions, escalates complex issues, and documents all interactions. Must follow strict quality, security, and compliance standards. Requires strong communication skills, ability to navigate internal systems, and meet productivity/service metrics. High school diploma required; call center experience preferred, healthcare experience a plus. Must complete the Harver assessment and use video during interviews and orientation. Work shifts fall Monday–Friday between 6:50 AM and 6:30 PM CST. Requires a wired internet connection of at least 24 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up. Annual pay range $25,300–$36,200, with health benefits, 401(k) match, flexible vacation, and training/development programs.

Rover – Are you a pet lover? If so, and you're OK with a way to earn money that's outside your home as long as it's also flexible, you may want to sign up as a pet sitter for Rover. You could make up to $100 (or more!) a week playing with dogs and cats.

Yardi-Matrix – Phone Surveyors. Anywhere in the US. You'll be calling apartment complexes to get info on their properties. Background noise is ok, since you'll be playing the role of a renter. You will be paid at least minimum wage for your state, with potential to earn more. Seasonal and flexible.

Tellwut – Survey Respondents. US and Canada. This is a fun survey panel with short polls and surveys you can take to earn cash and gift cards. Highly rated by Survey Police. Currently they are needing people in the US and also Canada to sign up.

Content Remarketing – Writers. Content Remarketing are always on the lookout for qualified freelance content writers to contribute a variety of well-written content for clients. Writers must have demonstrated content writing expertise. They give strong preference for subject matter experts and writers with specialities in specific domains.

CT Marketing – Copywriter. Anywhere in the US. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of copywriting experience, some area of special expertise (things like finance, medical, beauty products, digital marketing ), and SEO skills. Initial pay rate is $17 – $30 for 500-words.

Creating & Selling Digital Printables – (Side Hustle Idea) – This free online workshop gives some really good info on creating and selling digital printables for passive income. You make them once with an easy-to-use online tool like Canva, then you can sell them over and over on Etsy. It's a good idea for side income, and also fun to do if you like finding different ways to exercise your creativity.

December 3rd

Conduent – Remote Call Center Representative. Full-time, fully remote role handling a high volume of inbound calls related to supplemental benefit accounts, including claims inquiries, debit card denials, documentation questions, website/portal assistance, account updates, eligible expenses, HSA contributions, transfers, rollovers, and tax form questions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of customer service experience, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, ability to navigate 12–13 systems, and 100% attendance during a 3-week virtual training plus 2-week nesting period. Must have a quiet workspace, hardwired high-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up), and flexibility to work any schedule within the 24/7/365 operating hours including weekends and holidays. Equipment is provided. Pay is $16.32 per hour.

DealerBuilt – Customer Support Specialist. Full-time remote role providing phone and email support for customers using DealerBuilt’s automotive SaaS products. Duties include troubleshooting technical issues, walking customers through solutions, documenting tickets in real time, escalating complex problems, providing product training, gathering customer feedback, and participating in an on-call rotation every 6–8 weeks. Requires strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and general IT knowledge. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 3 years of related experience required; management experience preferred.

Direct Interactions – Customer Service Specialist. Remote, part-time/seasonal (20+ hrs/week), with potential for full-time based on business needs. Handles inbound calls assisting with unemployment insurance claims, researching issues in databases, resolving complex customer problems, and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Requires strong communication, empathy, multitasking, and computer skills; 30 WPM typing; ability to stay calm through consecutive calls; and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must live in the U.S. (Ohio preferred), have a high school diploma, pass a background check, and meet strict technical requirements including Windows 11, hard-wired internet, and a USB headset. Mandatory virtual training and nesting span 9 days with 100% attendance required. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM EST, with 8 required hours every Monday. 5 Surveys – Survey Respondents. A newish-to-me survey panel. Decent reviews on Survey Police so far. May be one to try if you enjoy survey panels. You complete five surveys, and earn $5. Cash outs are available to you with methods like Paypal, Venmo, and bank transfer.

Endurance Warranty Services – Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish). Fully remote role assisting a high volume of inbound callers, primarily Spanish-speaking customers. Responsibilities include identifying issues, explaining contract coverage, resolving account concerns, processing payments, entering accurate account updates, and routing calls to appropriate departments. Requires strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English, have strong computer literacy, and ideally have experience in call centers, automotive warranty, insurance, retention, banking, or customer service. Must have a quiet home workspace, minimum 50 Mbps internet, and pass a background check. Pay is $19.50/hour with paid training, company-provided computer equipment, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, holiday pay, voluntary life insurance, and an internet stipend.

60 Decibels – Remote Research Assistant. US, India, Colombia, Congo, Georgia, and Sierra Leone. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct phone surveys with customers and/or beneficiaries of our client’s products and services and to enter this data into our remote platform. During the data collection stage, Research Assistants should be available to work 6-8 hours a day for 4-5 days a week. Payment for this position is based on hours of work or interviews completed – all tasks will be appropriately compensated.

Multilingual Connections – Freelance Linguist (Translator/Transcriptionist/Subtitler). Remote contractor role with flexible scheduling. Freelancers choose projects and are paid per project. Work includes translation, transcription, subtitling, DTP, or voice-over, depending on skillset. Requires relevant education/training, strong attention to detail, ability to follow complex instructions, reliable communication, and willingness to research unfamiliar terms. Must be experienced, organized, and able to work independently. Clear, prompt email communication and ability to incorporate feedback are essential. Application requires a CV, language pairs, specialization areas, software proficiency, and a professional reference; some applicants may take a brief skills test. YouGov – Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel that has been around for quite a number of years. They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). They do pay and offer a lot of different options for payment including PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon cards, and more. They are open to the US and UK, and you need at least $15 worth of redeemable points in your account to be able to withdraw your earnings.

Propio Language Services – Freelance / Remote Interpreter or Translator. Remote contract opportunities for spoken-language interpreters and translators across many languages. Interpreters provide real-time interpretation by phone or video for clients in healthcare, government, and other sectors. Translators handle written translation projects. No set schedule; contractors accept assignments as available. Requires professional-level fluency in English and the target language, strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to follow instructions. Must be comfortable with remote technology and able to work independently. Opportunities exist for both contract remote interpreters and onsite interpreters in select cities.

Instacart – Personal grocery shoppers. Not remote, but flexible work you can do whenever you want. Pay is weekly via Paypal or direct deposit. According to Glassdoor, you'll earn between $10 and $15 hourly doing this.

November 24th

Carnival Cruise Line – Virtual Guest Care Support Agent. Remote role (FL, GA, TX, NC preferred) handling inbound/outbound calls and emails for post-cruise issues. Researches guest concerns, provides updates, resolves complaints, documents cases in iCare, and processes compensation or refunds within guidelines. Requires strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel. Contact-center experience preferred. Must work one weekend day and holidays.

Cigna / Evernorth – Customer Service Senior Representative. Remote role supporting the Central Nursing Team (must live within 50 miles of Lenexa, KS or Omaha, NE). Handles scheduling for home-infusion nursing visits, assigns nurses, reschedules appointments, and coordinates referrals with pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing teams. Manages communication via phone, email, fax, and IM, and works heavily with multiple Excel sheets to track priorities. Investigates issues, resolves non-clinical problems, and enters data accurately. Requires a high school diploma/GED, 5+ years of customer service experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

ClearCaptions – Client Care Specialist. Remote, full-time role handling inbound calls and chat from seniors using ClearCaptions’ phone captioning service. Provides account support, feature training, troubleshooting, and updates customer records in Salesforce. Meets performance and customer satisfaction metrics and handles basic telephony and technical support tasks. Requires a high school diploma (college preferred), 3+ years of customer service experience, at least 2 years of technical support or installation support, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, and Salesforce. Pays $18–$20 per hour.

Paid Viewpoint – Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long to cash out. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.

Concentrix – Customer Service Rep (Healthcare). Remote, full-time role handling inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries for healthcare clients. Provides customer support, resolves routine issues, follows call-flow guides, documents interactions, and helps with basic technical troubleshooting. Requires 1+ year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, fast multitasking, a quiet home workspace, and high-speed wired internet. Must reside in the U.S. and have a high school diploma or GED. Pays $15–$17 per hour with benefits, paid training, PTO, 401(k), and work-from-home convenience.

Composely – Freelance Content Editors. Anywhere in the US. Bachelor's degree, 1 year of prior copy editing experience and knowledge of SEO are all required. You'll also need to pass an assessment test. Work as much or as little as you want. You'll earn US$0.02/word on projects that range from 500 to 4000+ words.

Access Nurse – AccessNurse has regular openings for RN's to do telephone triage from home in different US states. This is a 24/7 medical call center, so it would be possible to set up hours when it's most convenient for you. They are usually searching for nurses with at least 2 years of past experience. This is full-time work. Rate of pay is not listed.

KashKick – Get Paid to Play, Watch, and Take Surveys. U.S. only. Earn a little extra money by completing simple online tasks like playing games, answering surveys, reading promotional emails, and signing up for offers. Cash out starting at just $10 via PayPal. No experience required—just internet access and time. This is an easy way to earn extra cash online, not a traditional job. Refer friends to earn even more.

CVS Health / Oak Street Health – Contact Center Service Advocate I. Full-time, remote role handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments for Oak Street Health. Provides courteous support to older adult patients, enters patient data into scheduling systems, resolves appointment issues, and performs follow-up reminders. Requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred), strong phone etiquette, multitasking ability, EMR familiarity, and a distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet. Must be able to work 40 hours per week with potential weekend shifts. Pay range: $17–$34.15 per hour.

November 14th

Aspira – Technical Support Specialist. Full-time, remote position in the U.S. Supports public agency clients using Aspira’s software and hardware for outdoor recreation services. Handles inbound technical support via phone, email, and chat for issues involving PCs, tablets, printers, scanners, routers, and point-of-sale systems. Requires at least 2 years of experience providing virtual technical support for hardware, software, and small office networks. Preferred qualifications include IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft) and/or a degree in IT or related field. Must have strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Aspira – Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish). Part-time, remote position in the U.S. (~29 hours/week). Handles inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with reservations, permits, ticketing, and general inquiries for Aspira’s recreation and licensing services. Follows scripts, updates customer accounts, documents interactions, and meets service KPIs. Requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of inbound call center experience, 2+ years of customer-facing service experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. BCD Travel – Senior Travel Consultant. Full-time, remote role in the U.S. (hours: 9:30 AM–6 PM ET). Handles international travel reservations for corporate clients, including booking, fare searches, itinerary changes, and advising travelers on policies, regulations, passports, visas, and industry requirements. Requires extensive international travel agent experience and strong GDS Sabre skills. Must be able to work in a high-call-volume environment with strong communication and customer service abilities. Beyond Finance – Client Retention Specialist. Remote, full-time role handling inbound calls from clients enrolled in financial hardship debt-relief programs. Focuses on retaining at-risk clients by explaining program benefits, deescalating concerns, reviewing their financial situation, and helping them stay on track toward becoming debt-free. Requires experience in retention, sales, or collections, strong negotiation and deescalation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment. Must be proficient with CRM systems and possess solid communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. High school diploma required; additional education is a plus. Base pay: $19–$20 per hour, with commissions based on retention performance.

Study.com – IT & Computer Science Quiz Writer (Contract). Remote, freelance role creating college-level quiz questions for Study.com’s Computer Science and IT courses. Work includes writing question batches aligned to lesson content and revising based on editor feedback. Requires a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; teaching, tutoring, or college-level instruction experience preferred. Paid per piece, with flexibility to work anytime from home.

Datavio.ai – Linguists, Translators, Transcribers, Annotators, Data Labelers, Testers, and more. Open worldwide. Full and part-time roles available. Work when you want. Some tasks may require pre-qualification.

OneForma – Atlas Content Rater. Remote, worldwide role evaluating and annotating online content to help improve AI systems. Work involves reviewing content and providing written justifications (in English) for each decision. Requires native-level proficiency in the listed target language and fluency in English. No degree or prior experience required; candidates must complete required certifications.

Cambridge Proofreading – Global, fully remote position. Full- and part-time opportunities available. Must be a native English speaker. Provide high-quality proofreading and editing services to clients worldwide. Requires excellent English proficiency and prior editing or proofreading experience. Familiarity with academic writing and style guides (APA, MLA, Chicago) is a plus. Pushpay – Technical Support Representative. Full-time. Remote (EST states: FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA) or hybrid in Colorado Springs, CO. Provides technical and customer support to churches and nonprofits using Pushpay’s software, assisting both partner organizations and donors via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Requires at least 1 year of experience in customer or tech support, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Must be available Sundays. Pay ranges from $41,850–$48,360 (EST) and $43,650–$53,350 (CO Springs), depending on location and experience. SmartAsset – Client Experience Specialist. Full-time. Remote (contiguous U.S.). Handles high-volume outbound calls (200+ daily) to connect consumers with financial advisors through SmartAsset’s Advisor Marketing Platform. Responsibilities include scheduling consultations, logging interactions in CRM, meeting performance metrics, and improving user experience. Requires at least 1 year of call center experience, strong communication and organization skills, and comfort working in a quota-driven environment. Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EDT. Alorica – Collections Specialist. Full-time, work-from-home position paying $15 per hour. Handles inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and update account information. Requires a high school diploma or GED, prior collections experience, strong computer and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must have a private home workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload). Angi – Inside Sales Representative. Full-time, remote position available in most U.S. states. Role involves making up to 200 outbound calls daily to small and medium businesses, selling Angi’s home service lead packages, and guiding providers through setup and background checks. Requires a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must have a private workspace with high-speed wired internet and be at least 21 years old. Compensation: $36,000 base + uncapped commission, with average annual earnings around $90,000 and top performers earning up to $190,000. LiveWorld – Social Media Agents. US. You will review and take appropriate action on social media posts according to brand guidelines, to include rejecting or approving content, tracking, and escalating. ModSquad – Customer Experience Agents. US. Project-based work that may involve moderating forums, chat with customers, manage communities, and buzz in social media. Work from any private location with secure high-speed internet access. Select your own projects and set your own schedule. Pay rate varies depending on the project.

Mindfield Online Panel – Survey Respondents. US. As a MindField panel member, you have the unique opportunity to offer your opinions on a variety of important topics and receive cash incentives as well. This is a survey panel that I've used in the past and received payment from.

Brainfuse – Online Tutors. US. Brainfuse is looking for remote tutors for different academic subjects. Brainfuse pay will vary depending on the subject. More complex subjects pay more. Payments are made through direct deposit to a bank account or mailed check, and tutors are paid every two weeks. Scheduling is flexible and you set your own hours.

ClassDojo – Dojo Tutor. US. Must commit to work at least 5 hours per week. You will meet with kids from grades K-6 in a 1:1 setting via Zoom. You choose the grades and subjects you want to teach. Looking for people who have been teachers for at least one year and hold current teaching certificates. Get paid $30/hour —$15 per 25-minute subscription class— 2x/month.

Free Complete-On-Your-Own-Time Voice Over Work Introductory E-Course – One thing you can do from home that you may not have considered is voice over work. This is something you can start without a lot of overhead, too, and minimal equipment. People need all kinds of voices for all kinds of work – audiobooks, commercials, video games, YouTube videos, TikToks, and more. Cardinal Health – Supervisor, Customer Service. Full-time. Remote (U.S.). Leads a remote contact center team of up to 20 employees supporting specialty pharmacy services through Sonexus Health. Oversees staffing, training, and performance metrics for customer service and reimbursement staff handling benefit investigations. Manages cases through resolution, analyzes root causes, and identifies process improvements.
