Mindfield Online Panel – Survey Respondents. US. As a MindField panel member, you have the unique opportunity to offer your opinions on a variety of important topics and receive cash incentives as well. This is a survey panel that I've used in the past and received payment from.

NAPA Auto Parts – Customer Care Service Manager. Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Supervise customer interactions, resolve order and billing issues, manage satisfaction initiatives, and recommend service improvements. Requires high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and 4+ years of experience in customer service or accounting. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills. Experience with document and incident tracking systems is a plus.

Startups.com – Expert Advisor (Freelance). Remote. Flexible hours. Provide paid, on-demand advice to entrepreneurs and business owners through the Clarity.fm platform. Experts assist with startup strategy, funding, marketing, and more via scheduled calls. Set your own rates (average is $50 per 30-minute call), work when available, and get paid bi-weekly via PayPal. Requires subject-matter expertise and a strong LinkedIn profile. Ideal for startup veterans, consultants, or investors. Platform takes a 15% fee per call.

Bookkeeper360 – Senior Sales Tax Specialist. Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Prepare and submit multi-state sales and use tax filings, manage nexus studies, audits, registrations, and provide advisory for small to mid-sized business clients. 4–6 years of experience in business sales tax preparation and advisory required, along with a 4-year degree in accounting or related field. CPA or EA and experience with Avalara, QuickBooks, and e-commerce/SaaS industries preferred. Paid Viewpoint – Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long (at least for me) to cash out since the threshold is only $5. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.

Gramlee – Content and Dissertation Editors. US and possibly other countries. All editors are hired as contractors. You will work from the luxury of your home and determine your availability.

WeGoLook – Inspectors/Lookers. US. Not work at home but flexible. Get paid to perform basic inspections that involve photo, video, and data capture. Services include automotive, motorcycle, RV, heavy equipment, notice delivery, product recall, and more. Also needing roof inspectors. Rate of pay not given.

Free Complete-On-Your-Own-Time Voice Over Work Introductory E-Course – One thing you can do from home that you may not have considered is voice over work. This is something you can start without a lot of overhead, too, and minimal equipment. People need all kinds of voices for all kinds of work – audiobooks, commercials, video games, YouTube videos, TikToks, and more. SeatGeek – Customer Service Event Expert. Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Assist customers with ticketing issues via phone, email, and chat while providing support for SeatGeek Enterprise clients. Brandt Information Services – Seasonal Inbound Contact Center Agent. Remote (U.S. only). Full-time, seasonal. Assist callers with purchasing hunting and fishing licenses, park passes, and camping reservations—98% inbound calls, no sales quotas. Pays $13/hr plus potential variable compensation of $250–$500/month. Paid training provided. Must have prior customer service and data entry experience, high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and a distraction-free home workspace with internet speeds of 10 Mbps or higher. Tellwut – Survey Respondents. US and Canada. This is a fun survey panel with short polls and surveys you can take to earn cash and gift cards. Highly rated by Survey Police. Currently they are needing people in the US and also Canada to sign up.

ClearCaptions – Inside Sales Representative. Remote (U.S. only). Full-time. Handle inbound inquiries and manage sales leads to convert prospects into ClearCaptions customers, supporting seniors and individuals with hearing loss. Requires inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRMs like Salesforce. Training is full-time; regular shifts are 12:30–9:00 PM PST with varying days off. Pays $21–$23/hr plus bonus, with full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and generous PTO. Must have a high school diploma and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

ModSquad – Customer Experience Agents. US. Project-based work that may involve moderating forums, chat with customers, manage communities, and buzz in social media. Work from any private location with secure high-speed internet access. Select your own projects and set your own schedule. Pay rate varies depending on the project.

Brainfuse – Online Tutors. US. Brainfuse is looking for remote tutors for different academic subjects. Brainfuse pay will vary depending on the subject. More complex subjects pay more. Payments are made through direct deposit to a bank account or mailed check, and tutors are paid every two weeks. Scheduling is flexible and you set your own hours.

Branded Surveys – Survey Respondents. This panel needs respondents and is getting great reviews so far from some subscribers. They always accept new respondents to answer their surveys and earn extra cash! They have a great reputation, lots of survey offers available, and do pay as promised.

CourseHero – Online Tutors. Looking for people with one of the following: Current college, university, and undergraduate students who have completed at least two full years of coursework, current Master’s and graduate level students, or professionals who have received a college, university, or undergraduate degree or above (e.g. Master’s, PhD). Flexible opportunity. This would just be extra money as the website states their top tutors earn around $1,500 a month.

Appen – Many remote tasks open to several countries worldwide. Hiring for AI Training, Search Evaluation, and Social Media Evaluation. Many of these are one-time tasks paying a set amount, which will vary depending on the task.

April 16th

Hims & Hers – Customer Experience Supervisor. Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Lead and coach a remote team of 8–14 CX agents to ensure exceptional customer service across channels. Responsibilities include team development, performance monitoring, escalated issue resolution, and workflow management. Requires 4+ years in a customer-focused environment and 2+ years of leadership experience, plus strong communication, time management, and analytical skills. Must be available to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays. Requires 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or health coaching; strong communication and organizational skills; and comfort using CRMs like Insightly and HubSpot. Bonus if you’ve worked directly with older adults. Pay is $20–$22/hour with an annual bonus. Must be able to make 100+ calls/day and maintain high satisfaction and enrollment rates.

AAA – Insurance Call Center Representative. Remote (U.S., near ACG facilities). Full-time, hourly. Handle incoming calls, assess insurance needs, provide quotes, and sell property & casualty insurance, memberships, and credit cards. Includes lead follow-ups and policy servicing. Must hold or be able to obtain a P&C insurance license. Sales and call center experience preferred. Pay starts at $17.33/hour plus commission, with overtime opportunities. Landmark Associates – Transcribers, Proofers, and Translators. Freelance, contract roles. You'll have to complete their test transcript and attach it with your application. Prior experience with general transcription projects and extensive knowledge of English grammatical rules is beneficial. Salary is unknown, but most of what I see online says it is fair, particularly for those new to transcription.

National Capitol Contracting – Transcribers. Anywhere in the US. Degree in English, creative writing, public policy, health/medical research, or the social sciences is required. You'll also need prior transcription or captioning experience and understanding of AP, MLA, and/or Chicago Style guidelines. Pay is $40 per audio hour.

Boldly – Executive Assistant. US. Full or part time. Requires a minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant to one or more executives (general admin experience as part of another role will not qualify). Pay is between $24 and $30 hourly.

Equivity – Virtual Paralegals. US and some specific states for different positions. Bachelor's degree from four-year college program. Pay varies depending on the position you apply for, but most are $20 or more hourly.

April 14th

Humana – Customer Success Agent. Remote (U.S. based). Full-time. Engage with high-risk Medicare members via inbound and outbound calls to provide education, res olve issues, and improve retention. Responsibilities include guiding members through plan benefits, assisting with coverage questions, and collaborating across departments. Requires active health insurance license, 2+ years of Medicare experience, and strong technical navigation skills. Schedule includes availability between 7 AM–11 PM local time and mandatory 6-week training. Pay range: $48,900–$66,200/year. Requires 4–5 years of customer service experience; a bachelor’s degree and online education experience are preferred. YouGov – Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel that has been around for quite a number of years. They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). They do pay and offer a lot of different options for payment including PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon cards, and more. They are open to the US and UK, and you need at least $15 worth of redeemable points in your account to be able to withdraw your earnings.

Unit21 – Customer Support Specialist. Remote (select U.S. states). Full-time. Support customers by troubleshooting technical issues, reviewing detection models, escalating bugs, and improving the client experience through ticket-based communication. Requires 2+ years in a customer-facing or technical support role, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly. Experience with Zendesk or fintech is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Pay range is $60,000–$70,000/year. Benefits include stock options, 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k), unlimited PTO, stipends, and more.

Draft – Freelance Writers. Once you sign up, you’ll have access to the Draft platform where you’ll be able to browse available writing jobs. Simply claim the job that interests you, and start writing. They do want to see a portfolio and samples. Pay is based on the number of words. Standard payout rates start at USD $0.05 per word. Some high-priority jobs pay up to USD $0.10 per word. Payments are made weekly via direct deposit (you invoice them through their platform for any work completed by you that week).

Fansided – Freelance Writers. US and possibly other countries. Fansided is almost always looking for writers to work remotely with knowledge in sports, entertainment, lifestyle topics, and more. The focus appears to be on sports.

User Interviews – Focus Group Participants. Get paid to participate in focus groups. This reputable company conducts research studies paying $50-$75 or more for your time. They are always looking for new respondents, and have lots of studies going on at any given time. I am always getting invitations in my email to participate.

Babbletype – English Language Transcribers. United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand. They cannot hire people who live in California. You would be working primarily on market research projects. Pay rate not listed.

Ditto Transcripts – Freelance Transcriptionist. Remote (U.S. only; excluding residents of California, New Jersey, and Massachusetts). Full-time or part-time. Transcribe audio and video files across various fields, including law enforcement, medical, legal, financial, and general transcription. Requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; prior transcription experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $0.80 to $1.10 per audio minute for legal and law enforcement transcription, and $0.07 to $0.10 per line for medical transcription.

Creating & Selling Digital Printables – (Side Hustle Idea) – This free online workshop gives some really good info on creating and selling digital printables for passive income. You make them once with an easy-to-use online tool like Canva, then you can sell them over and over on Etsy. It's a good idea for side income, and also fun to do if you like finding different ways to exercise your creativity.

April 8th

Cala – Customer Success Specialist. Remote (U.S. only). Full-time. Support users of Cala’s prescription therapy products for hand tremor and other chronic conditions by providing training, product guidance, and patient advocacy. Work closely with patients and clinicians to ensure a positive customer experience. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device customer-facing roles. They do make you do practice assessments for projects prior to accepting you to do the work.

Datavio.ai – Linguists, Translators, Transcribers, Annotators, Data Labelers, Testers, and more. Open worldwide. Full and part-time roles available. Work when you want. Some tasks may require pre-qualification.

5 Surveys – Survey Respondents. A newish-to-me survey panel. Decent reviews on Survey Police so far. May be one to try if you enjoy survey panels. You complete five surveys, and earn $5. Cash outs are available to you with methods like Paypal, Venmo, and bank transfer.

Curated – Experts. Work from anywhere. Part-time. You will make money for each conversation with a shopper and get a fixed percentage commission for all purchases, regardless of brand. Customers can also leave tips, and do so for around 80% of purchases! Payroll takes place twice a month.

Polished Paper – Editors. Worldwide! You'll have to pass their skill assessment test, after which you'll be supervised by one of their senior editors for your first few editing attempts. After that, you'll be able to start editing solo! Pay rate is unknown.

April 5th

Bloomerang – Payments Implementation Specialist. Remote (U.S. only). Full-time. Coordinate customer payment migrations, manage data transformation, and support project delivery for nonprofit CRM clients. Requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills, strong communication, critical thinking, and customer service experience. Salary range: $58,000–$73,000 plus discretionary bonus. Includes health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, generous PTO (20 days), volunteer days, paid parental leave, and remote work equipment.

Cedar – Patient Advocate. US. Pinecone Research – Survey Respondents. Open to all 18+. Pinecone is one of the oldest and best survey panels. They are one of the first I joined probably 15 years ago. In addition to surveys, they sometimes have product testing opportunities as well, and these also pay.

InReach – Customer Support Advisor. Remote (USA). Part-time (up to 24 hours/week). Provide customer service and support via phone and email, helping resolve issues and ensuring a smooth user experience for clients of InReach, a division of Jonas Software. Requires 1+ years of customer service experience, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $18/hour. Offers 100% remote work, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, growth-focused company culture.

BluShark Digital – Freelance Legal Marketing Content Copywriter. Remote (USA). Part-time freelance. Amberscript – Transcriber, Captioner, or Translator. Remote (Worldwide). Freelance. Choose to work as a transcriber, captioner, or translator revising AI-generated audio/video text to ensure accuracy and proper formatting. Work is fully flexible with no required hours—accept only the assignments you want. Must be a fluent English speaker (C1 or native). Pay is monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. Compensation varies by role: transcribers earn €0.45–€1.20 per audio/video minute, captioners earn €0.90–€1.90 per audio/video minute, and translators earn €3.50–€6.00 per audio/video minute. Onboarding includes an online test before getting started.

ATC – Transcriptionist (Independent Contractor). Remote (U.S. only). Freelance. Transcribe a wide variety of audio and video content including oral histories, interviews, financial reports, educational content, and more—excluding medical transcription. Work is project-based with 24-hour turnaround expected for hour-long files. Yardi-Matrix – Phone Surveyors. Anywhere in the US. You'll be calling apartment complexes to get info on their properties. Background noise is ok, since you'll be playing the role of a renter. You will be paid at least minimum wage for your state, with potential to earn more. Seasonal and flexible.

Belay – Virtual Executive Assistant. All states EXCEPT California, Montana, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. This is a 1099 contractor role. You will work at home performing admin tasks for BELAY'S clients. Past admin experience required. Pay is $18 or MORE hourly. Also looking for remote social media managers, accounting clerks, and bookkeepers.

Assembly – Behavioral Health Benefits Specialist. Remote. Full-time. Communicate with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and relay information to providers. Respond to provider inquiries via email, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and maintain accurate records. These bucks can be redeemed for PayPal cash or Amazon gift cards, so you can choose the reward that works best for you. Assembly – Patient Accounts Representative. Remote. Part-time. Provide patient support by handling incoming inquiries, updating confidential records, processing payments, managing work queues, and coordinating with collections and attorneys as needed. Requires 1+ year of experience with patient accounts receivable, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. FlexJobs – (Resource) – This is one of my favorite sites to use for finding remote jobs and learning about new companies that hire remotely. Most of what I see there when I check the listings pays well above minimum wage and are known companies. The great thing about FlexJobs is that they guarantee ALL listings are scam-free. They list hundreds of jobs — all of which are either remote or flexible in nature — five days per week. There are also no ads on the site!

Because there are no ads, they do charge a membership fee since that is the only way they can see a return on their job-searching efforts. But it's cheap — you can get access for a few weeks for just $2.95 for 14 full days! If you sign up and don't like it, it's very easy to cancel right away so you are not billed again.
