Healthcare Mystery Shopping With Perception Strategies

December 31, 2011 11 comments by

Healthcare Mystery ShoppingA couple of weeks ago when I posted about phone mystery shopping through TeleXpertise, one of my readers commented with some information on another company called Perception Strategies. This really intrigued me because it’s similar to TeleXpertise and other phone mystery shopping work, but it’s within the healthcare industry only. Also, this company doesn’t just do phone mystery shopping. They also do in-person shops, 24 hour inpatient stays, website shops, and more. This page on the Perception Strategies website provides much more information on what each type of shop involves if you are curious to know more.
How much does Perception Strategies pay?

Telephone Mystery Shopping for TeleXpertise

Telephone Mystery ShoppingTeleXpertise is a company I’ve been hearing about lately that hires people to work from home doing a few different jobs, but the one I’m going to focus on today is their telephone mystery shopping position. The website it says not to expect to make more than maybe $75 your first month, but it still sounds like a good side job to have even if it just ends up being extra, supplemental income. Please note that TeleXpertise may or may not be actively hiring at the time of this review.
What do TeleXpertise telephone mystery shoppers do?
You make phone calls to various places throughout the country and ask specific questions. Like for example, TeleXpertise might need…

Mystery Shopping For A Closer Look

November 11, 2011 2 comments by

Mystery Shopping for A Closer LookA Closer Look is a very reputable mystery shopping company. They’ve been around since 1994 and while they do offer retail mystery shops, they also tend to have a lot of restaurant shops (free meal for you!) and motel shops (a free night away from home!). The feedback on this particular company is mostly positive, so if you are either interested in or enjoy doing mystery shopping, this is one you might want to sign up with.

In general, mystery shopping work does not pay well enough for it to be considered a full-time job, but I have heard of people making anywhere from an extra $100 to $400 per month (and probably even more…

About Mystery ShoppingGuest Post

Based on lots of feedback, I decided to write a little about Mystery Shopping.  When my youngest child was born, 6 1/2 years ago, I became a stay at home mom.  After about a year, I wanted something to do that would allow me to still be with my child, yet make a little extra money at the same time.  I heard about Mystery Shopping and decided to do some research.  It took me weeks of research but the places I discovered put me on the right path. I got lucky compared to some who are taken in by scams, which I will discuss a little in a bit.  Many…

rent surveys

If you’re someone who can’t apply for jobs to take calls from home because there is nothing you can do about background noise, then you might want to consider doing rent surveys for Pierce Eislen! This is a company that is totally OK with background noise and would in fact prefer it. Why? Because they want the people on the other end of the line to believe that you’re a regular person who might have loud pets, kids, etc. since you’ll be asking various questions about rental property as though you might be interested in renting. In truth, you’re just gathering information for Pierce Eislen so they…

InteliChek – Get Paid for Placing Calls to Businesses

June 3, 2011 11 comments by

intelichek get paid for placing callsInteliChek is an interesting money-earning opportunity. In a nutshell, you get paid for placing calls to various businesses from your home phone. The best part is that you’re NOT trying to sell them anything — instead, you’re usually going to be making random inquiries about how much things cost, what hours businesses are open, and if these businesses have certain products available. You might be calling companies from anywhere in the United States, which is why it’s better for you to have unlimited long distance if you decide to try this. If you’ve ever looked into work at home phone jobs, then you probably know that companies like West at Home,
