Many people who read this blog are on the hunt for work at home, entry-level positions. And while there are plenty of those, most of them don't offer extremely high pay. But I share them frequently because I get a lot of requests for them.
Actually, you CAN work at home and earn big bucks! And no, the positions offering big bucks typically aren't entry-level, but it is possible to work at home earning $100,000 per year or even more than that.
Below, I have a list of 5 remote jobs that are open now (as of 9/22/26). Note if you find this blog post at a later date, they may be closed as remote jobs do fill quickly.

5 Remote Jobs Paying $100,000 Yearly Or More
1 – Arbol
Arbol is a climate risk coverage platform and FinTech company that helps businesses analyze and protect against climate-related risks. They are currently hiring a remote Business Development Representative in the United States.
Per the job description, the salary for this role is between $100,000 and $110,000 per year. Benefits for full-time employees include health, dental, and vision coverage as well as paid time off.
In this role, you will help build Arbol's sales pipeline by reaching out to prospective customers by phone and email, qualifying inbound leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, researching potential prospects, and tracking sales activity and results.
To qualify, you need either a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field OR 1 to 2 years of outside sales experience. You should also have experience with prospecting, cold calling, customer relationship management, and meeting sales goals. Insurance or FinTech experience is a bonus, but it is not required.
2 – Rithum
Rithum is an e-commerce technology company that provides software and services to brands and retailers. They are currently hiring a remote Senior Software Engineer I in the United States.
Per the job description, the salary for this role is between $100,000 and $192,000 per year.
In this role, you will develop and improve software solutions, work with Agile workflows such as Scrum and Kanban, improve automated testing and continuous integration, evaluate the company's technology stack, develop secure code, and provide mentorship to other team members.
To qualify, you need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer. You must also have 2 years of experience with technologies including Visual Studio Code, GitHub, SQL, Sencha/Ext JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, AWS, XML, and XSLT.
3 – Machinify
Machinify is a healthcare intelligence company that provides AI-powered technology and services to health plans. They are currently hiring a remote DRG QA and Trainer in the United States.
Per the job description, the salary for this role is between $100,000 and $120,000 per year, plus potential bonus compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSA/HSA options, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.
In this role, you will review and audit the work of DRG reviewers, provide feedback, help train new and existing staff, contribute to training materials, document audit findings, and prepare quality and training reports.
To qualify, you need at least 2 years of experience in inpatient claims auditing, quality assurance, or clinical documentation integrity, plus at least 1 year of experience in a training or mentoring role. An associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, health information management, or a related field is required, although relevant work experience may be considered instead. You also need at least one applicable certification such as RHIA, RHIT, CCDS, CDIP, or CCS.

4 – Pomelo Care
Pomelo Care is a virtual medical practice providing care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. They are currently hiring a remote Recruiter on a full-time contract basis in the United States.
Per the job description, the expected base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $110,000 per year. This is initially a three-month temporary position with the potential to be extended or converted to full-time. Benefits listed include health, dental, and vision coverage, HSA and FSA options, a 401(k), and a flexible vacation policy.
In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions, source and screen candidates, extend offers, support other recruiters with sourcing, work with hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
To qualify, you need at least 3 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of filling high-volume roles. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and be comfortable using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby. A college degree is not listed as a requirement.

5 – CRIO
CRIO is a health technology company that provides software for clinical research sites, pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, and academic research centers. They are currently hiring a remote Senior Product Manager – eSource in the United States.
Per the job description, the salary for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000 per year. Benefits include unlimited PTO, a 401(k) with company match, healthcare, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, professional development reimbursement, and work-from-home expense reimbursement.
In this role, you will own strategy and planning for CRIO's eSource product, coordinate product work across multiple teams, manage product backlogs and release plans, work with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers, mentor other product managers, and use customer feedback and product data to guide decisions.
To qualify, you need at least 5 years of experience in software product management along with at least 2 years of experience leading complex, multi-team product initiatives or mentoring other product managers. You also need strong experience with Jira, GitHub, Agile development, product metrics, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is requested, although comparable experience may be accepted instead.
6 – FlexJobs
FlexJobs is one of my favorite sites to use for finding remote jobs and learning about new companies that hire remotely.
Most of what I see there when I check the listings pays well above minimum wage and are known companies. The great thing about FlexJobs is that they guarantee ALL listings are scam-free.
They list hundreds of jobs — all of which are either remote or flexible in nature — five days per week.
There are also no ads on the site!
