TaskRabbit is a company that first appeared on my radar last year, and since then it has grown a great deal in popularity. Basically TaskRabbit acts as the middle man between people in your area who need help — in the form of small jobs or “tasks,” and the people actually doing the small jobs and tasks.
If you sign up to be a TaskRabbit, you can get paid to help other people in your area that need it. The majority of the work you do probably won’t be from home, but it can still be very flexible.

There are a few sites I’ve come across recently that will pay you to run errands and do odd jobs. The fact is that there are people out there who need things done for them but have no time to get these things done themselves (or are simply unable to for whatever reason) and also people who desperately need to pick up cash here and there on the side. The websites I’m about to share with you act as the middle man, allowing this kind of work to be outsourced and bringing both of these groups of people together. 
Agent Anything is a unique opportunity created for college students only. Basically, a person who needs an errand done posts it on the board at Agent Anything and waits for a college student to claim it (the site refers to these as “missions”). The mission gets done, the college student gets paid, and everyone is happy (hopefully). According to Agent Anything, this service is here because there are busy people who need various tasks and errands done with no time to do them and college students who need cash. The site brings these two groups of people together to benefit one another.
