I found a handful of different remote jobs where a sign-on bonus is advertised if you are hired. Unfortunately most of the options below skew towards people with specific credentials and experience.
But even if there is nothing below that is a fit for you or that you are qualified to do, keep in mind that job leads change all the time!
After I’ve listed the jobs offering signing bonuses below, I’m adding a section for you to explain how to keep finding more that offer them anytime you like.
The way to search for companies that offer signing bonuses is pretty simple if you are comfortable searching on various job boards, but I know there are some people that would still like instructions. So, you will find those at the bottom of this post.

Sign-On Bonuses Usually Come With a Delay
Another thing I want you to keep in mind is that, even if a company is offering you a sign-on bonus, they are almost never going to give that to you the day you start working.
Most companies will not give you your sign-on bonus money until you’ve worked for them for a month or more. This is because there’s always a chance you won’t like the job and quit within the first few weeks. Which would mean they are out that money!
It’s a risk they usually won’t take, although there may be some exceptions.
So just keep in mind if you find any job you’d like to apply for below that you will probably have to work for the company for a set time before you’ll be given the sign-on bonus.
Work at Home Companies That Are Offering Sign-On Bonuses
Allstate – Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster, CST. U.S. Central or Eastern time zones; excludes CA, WA, AK, HI, and Puerto Rico. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CT. Handle represented bodily injury claims and communicate with customers and attorneys by phone, email, and text. No degree requirement stated. Two years of represented bodily injury claims experience preferred. Pays $53,500–$84,625/year. Applicants with applicable active licenses may qualify for a $1,000 sign-on bonus; current or former Allstate-family employees are excluded.
LendingTree (QuoteWizard) – Call Center Representative (Appointment Setter). Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls from consumers seeking insurance quotes, ask qualifying questions, and connect customers with insurance providers. Requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of call center experience, strong phone skills, and the ability to work in a scripted, goal-driven environment. Pays $17 per hour plus uncapped monthly commissions (typically $500–$3,000), a $500 sign-on bonus, and a $100 monthly attendance bonus.
NeighborHealth – Customer Service Rep II. Revere, MA (remote, hybrid, or onsite). Full-time. Answer inbound patient calls, schedule appointments, process prescription refill requests, make outbound outreach calls, and document information in the Epic electronic medical record system. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service, administrative, or call center experience, and strong communication and computer skills. Spanish bilingual skills and medical terminology experience are preferred. Starting pay is $21 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Blackbird Health – Child and Adolescent Therapist Intake & Therapy. Listed as remote in Pennsylvania. Flexible scheduling, with after-school, evening, and weekend sessions needed. Provide intake evaluations and ongoing therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. Requires an independent Pennsylvania LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD license, at least one year working with children and adolescents, and one year in telehealth. Listed salary range is $50,000–$100,000. A sign-on bonus is offered for founding providers; the amount and payment timing are not disclosed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
Iris Telehealth – Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW). Fully remote from the U.S. or a U.S. territory. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday during Eastern hours, with some evening hours required. Provide outpatient therapy for children and teenagers through a Pennsylvania partner. Requires independent LCSW licensure, a passing ASWB exam, and at least two years of experience treating children and adolescents after independent licensure. A Pennsylvania license is preferred for the role and required for the bonus. Pay starts at $85,000/year, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for PA-licensed LCSWs. Bonus payment timing and repayment terms are not disclosed.
Flywheel Centers – BCBA (Telehealth). Remote in New Jersey, with afternoon/evening work. The posting identifies this as full-time. Conduct ABA assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with the clinical team—all remotely. Requires a master’s degree, active BCBA certification, and a commitment to ethical, high-quality care. Pays $85–$100 per hour and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months and $2,500 after 6 months).
BetterHelp – Licensed Mental Health Counselor. U.S. Fully remote independent-provider opportunity with flexible scheduling. Provide counseling through live remote sessions. Master’s or doctorate degree, independent clinical license, liability insurance, and three years of counseling experience required. Estimated pay is $43–$70/hour for live sessions. Qualifying providers licensed in IN, KY, MD, NY, or DC may earn up to a $1,000 first-client bonus; eligible providers elsewhere may qualify for $500. To qualify, you must see your first insurance client within 30 days of applying.
How to Find Remote Jobs With Sign-On Bonuses
It’s really easy to find more of these jobs for yourself if nothing listed above would work for you.
The way I found the above jobs is by going to LinkedIn and then typing “work from home sign on bonus” in the keyword field. I left the location field blank so that it would show available jobs from everywhere.
You could also visit Indeed.com and search in the exact same way to find even more remote jobs with sign-on bonuses!
