Practice Better – Customer Support Manager. Canada. Full-time. Lead a customer support team, coach employees, improve support processes, handle escalated customer issues, and work with other departments to deliver excellent customer service. Pays $100,000–$115,000 CAD per year. Requires 2+ years of experience managing a customer support team in a SaaS company, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk. Granum – Customer Support Specialist. United States or Canada. Full-time. Requires previous high-volume customer service experience, SaaS troubleshooting skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Plooto – Customer Success Manager. Canada (Remote; BC, AB, ON, and NS). Full-time. Build relationships with accounting firms, help them onboard clients, increase product usage, and grow their accounts over time. Requires 3+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills. Pay is competitive salary plus commission (not specified). Benefits include remote work and opportunities for growth in a fast-growing fintech company.
Springboard – Influencer Partnerships Specialist. United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Part-time contract, 20 hours per week. Find and recruit influencers, negotiate partnership deals, coordinate campaigns, and track results to help grow student enrollments for online career training programs. Requires 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with creator outreach and negotiations, plus strong communication skills and familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok. Pay not listed. Flexible remote schedule with at least 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time.
Tellwut – Online Survey Participant. Got opinions? Tellwut will pay you for them! Take quick daily polls and surveys and rack up points you can cash out for prepaid cards, gift cards, or bank transfers. They've already paid out over $6 million in rewards to members and consistently earn top marks on Survey Police. Cash out as soon as you hit the minimum points threshold and no long waits!
