If you are interested in doing some work at home customer service, there are certain flower companies that hire seasonally. The two companies hiring are Blooms Today and Teleflora.
In the past, I included 1-800-Flowers in this list, but they have not hired home-based workers that I'm aware of in several months. I will add them back if this changes.
I have included some specifics on each company below. Note that these companies begin actively looking for workers around the busy flower-ordering seasons: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and also Christmas.

While these companies primarily offer temporary work, it's a great way to get some extra money together in the upcoming months if you really need it and can work this into your schedule.
Because these are phone jobs, no background noise is permitted. However, if you have small kids at home preventing a background noise free environment, you might read this post I wrote about working a phone job around your kids. It's possible.
