I've written about a lot of apps that pay you back for shopping, and MobiSave is yet another you might want to consider using. A friend sent me a link to this one a few weeks ago and I've finally gotten a chance to share some info with you about it. If you already enjoy using apps like Ibotta and Checkout51, then I know this one will get your attention! It has some great features.
MobiSave is currently available on both Apple and Android devices.
How do you use MobiSave?
It works in much the same way as other cash back shopping apps. There will be a list of available offers that you can get cash back for purchasing (mostly grocery items). These will change periodically. If you buy the item or items listed, just select the offer through the app, take a picture of your receipt, and then get paid.
How long does it take to get paid?
MobiSave promises that you will never wait longer than 24 hours to receive payment for offers you redeem.
How do they pay?
Payments are sent via Paypal.
Is there a minimum cash out amount?
No! This is one of the things that appealed to me most about this app. I love the ones that will pay you no matter how much money you've earned, so that way you know that if you need money today, you can get whatever you've earned that day.
Does MobiSave work at only select stores?
Yet another thing this app has going for it — MobiSave will work absolutely anywhere that prints you out an itemized receipt. So you are not limited to certain stores.
Are there inactivity fees?
I was really disappointed when Ibotta started implementing their inactivity fees. I didn't use the app for a while but I had close to enough to cash out, and I ended up losing part of that money. Fortunately, MobiSave promises to never threaten you with inactivity fees.
Does MobiSave have a referral program?
It doesn't look like they do right now, unless I'm missing it.
What do people say about the app?
Right now it has 4 out of 5 stars in the app store. Most people seem to love that this app has everything going for it that similar apps do not. Because they are newer, you may notice they don't always have quite as many offers available as other, more popular cash back shopping apps. But hopefully this will change as more people begin to use it.
Want to learn more?
You can go here to visit the MobiSave site and read more about it, or just do a search for it on your device, download, and start using it when you shop. As you know, you can use more than one cash back shopping app, so I'd recommend adding this one into the mix of what you already use to get money back on your groceries if you really want to maximize your earnings/savings.
