My recent post on court research got me looking a little closer at some of the more popular court research companies. One in particular that I’ve heard a little about is Jellybean Services. They have been around since 1996 and are based in Michigan. They hire court researchers as independent contractors from all over the United States and Canada. Jellybean Services offers other types of work apart from court research, some that you can actually do from your home, but this post focuses on court research. Courthouse research is another very flexible job you can do outside of the home mostly on your own time. While the work is nothing alike, I do sort of throw this kind of work into the same category as merchandising when it comes to working from home because while the work isn’t done in the home, you are mostly free to pick your own hours and this makes it an attractive option for people who want to work at home because they can’t have a job with a set schedule for whatever reason.
