Can you tell me a little about Rodan+Fields and the kinds of products you sell?
Rodan + Fields Dermatologists® is a skincare company committed to connecting people with the products, the knowledge, the resources and the opportunities to change skin and to change lives. We offer effective, clinically proven products to our customers, as well as business opportunities to our Independent Consultants.
All products use Multi-Med™ Therapy, which is designed to deliver the right medicines, in the right formulations, in the right order to transform your skin. We offer products to treat:
-Wrinkles, pores and loss of firmness
-Brown spots, dullness and sun damage
-Acne, blemishes and breakouts
-Sensitive, irritated skin and facial redness
-Eczema
-And more!

What initially drew you to Rodan+Fields?
The stellar reputation and success of The Doctors as well as the quality of the products and the generous business plan. Also, NO PARTIES! 
Tell me a little about selling Rodan+Fields. Are there any monthly minimums? How much is the starter kit? What kinds of items come in the starter kit?
This is very much a “virtual business”. There are no quotas or monthly minimums until you reach the higher levels. You are expected to be using the products yourself in order to receive commissions. There are three starter kits to choose from: $395, $695 and $995. The only difference between the 3 would be the amount of products in the kit and the size of the discount. The larger kits obviously offer the largest discount.

How important are home parties for sales? Do you ever sell the products outside of the parties?
We are NOT a party plan; therefore, they are not important at all. The only time we ever conduct anything even resembling a party is when we conduct a “grand opening” or “business launch” for a new consultant. This is just a way to jump start their business and get the word out to their friends and family. The majority of our sales come from just wearing the product and telling people about it.
What makes the Rodan+Fields different and/or better from other similar direct sales businesses?
First of all, there is NO other direct sales company out there offering immediate name recognition and integrity like we have in partnering with the Doctors who created Proactiv. Also, we have already received several prestigious awards from the DSA for both our products and our amazing back office that our consultants use to build and maintain their businesses. We were also given the “Rising Star” award and named the “company to watch.”
