Apps That Pay You – SurveyApp

I did some checking around this morning for more smartphone apps that are like Field Agent and Gigwalk, and I mostly came up empty-handed. However, I did come across another app I had never heard of before where you can get paid for answering survey questions. The app is called SurveyApp and it’s a free download to your iPhone or Android.

How does it work?

If you download SurveyApp to your phone, you’ll get three types of surveys on occasion: profile surveys, fun surveys, and paid surveys. The profile surveys actually pay too, just not as much as the profile surveys do. The fun surveys don’t pay at all but SurveyApp will share the results of those surveys with you when they’re done getting responses.

How much do the survey questions pay?

You shouldn’t expect to get more here than you would on any other paid survey website. The paid surveys give you 10 cents per question answered (most of these surveys have ten questions total), and the profile surveys pay you 1 cent per question answered. So as you can see this is just an extra money thing.

How and when do you get your money?

SurveyApp pays with Paypal and you can get your money once you have $10 in your account. The website says that the money will go in automatically once you have $10.

Does SurveyApp have a referral program?

Yes, they do! When you download the app to your phone and sign up, you’ll be given a personal referral code. Invite your friends to try it out and once they have done their 10th paid survey, SurveyApp will give you $1. So if you sign up for this, be sure to pass your unique code out to your family and friends.

Is this better than taking paid surveys on the web?

I don’t know if it’s better in terms of earning more money, but it’s maybe a little more convenient being able to do it directly from your smartphone. One of the main reasons why I don’t always enjoy taking surveys online is because I don’t like being tied to my computer answering the questions. And with this app, I think it’s good that you can get paid for each question you answer rather than for the entire survey.
