I think so far I have reviewed about four companies. The work is pretty easy and the pay is good. You just have to have a microphone to do it. One thing some people say though is that the tests go fast when they become available so if you get an email inviting you to do a usability test, you’ve got to try to jump right on it before someone else gets it.

That’s a great post there. Even if you feel happy, and secure, in your job, you should always have a plan B. It doesn’t even need to be something that makes a huge amount of money – it’s a lot easier to build something up that is small, but established, than it is to start from scratch.
